NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
February 13, 1985, to consider approval of a Redevelopment Permit
for a complete restaurant with beer, wine, liquor, at a commercial
building on property generally located at the west corner of State
and Grand and more particularly described as:
Lot 15 and 16, Block "I", Amended Map of Town of Carlsbad,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 775, filed
in the Office of county Recorder of San Diego County,
February 15, 1984.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions
