NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Commission
of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm AVenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 PM
on Tuesday, November 19, 1985, to consider approval of a Redevelopment
Permit to develop a medical/professional office building on property
located at the northwest corner of Madison Street and Oak Avenue in
Sub-area 7 and more particularly described as:
Lots 31 and 32 in Block 39, City of Carlsbad, according
to Map 535 recorded in the office of the County Recorder
on May 2, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited
to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call
the Redevelopment Office at 438-5593.
If you challenge the Redevelopment Permit in court, you may be limited
to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the pubJ.ic
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence
delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
