which newspaper at all times herein mentioned hod and still has a bona fide subscription list of paying

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday,
August 14, 1985, to consider approval of a Redevelopment Permit
for the construction of a duplex on property generally located at
3081 Madison Street and more particularly described as:
Lots 28 thru 30 Block 39 Parcel No. 203-305-11-00 Amended
Map of Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited
to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call
