Home My WebLink AboutRP 86-03; Jefferson House II; Redevelopment Permits (RP) (5)yPTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS EIEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will hold a special public hearing at tJie City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 5:00 p.m, on Wednesday, March 5, 1986, to consider approval for a major redevelopment permit and conditioncil use pennit to develop a 59 unit senior citizen apartment project on property generally located on the southeast corner of the Jefferson Street/Bfome Avenue intersection in Sub-area 6 of the V-R zone and more particularly described as: Lots 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Schell and Sites addition to Carlsbad in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California according to Map thereof. No. 2145, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego, February 20, 1929. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Redevelopment/ Planning Department at 438-5591. If you challenge the redevelopment pennit or conditional use permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in 1±iis notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
