NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a special public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday,
consider an appeal of the Design Review Board's denial of an application for a
redevelopment permit to allow renovation of existing retail space and change use
to delivery and carry out only pizza establishment on property generally located
at 2965 State Street and more particularly described as:
Lot 7 in Block 1 of the Town of Carlsbad, Map No. 775 filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego.
Those persons wishing to speak on this appeal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Redevelopment
