at the Development Coordinating Committee (D.C.C.) meeting which
w.ill be held on July 1 4 , 1 986 . A twenty (20) minute appointment

Please find the new site plan with the location of lighting in the
park and walkway areas, a suirmary table, and I hope, all the other
information that is required under section B of the land view plan.
I was told that proof of availability per question N is non applic-
able.
I'm enclosing an updated title report for Mr. Ray Miller. If you
could forward it to him, I would appreciate it. Also, please find
a copy of the landscape plan and a second copy of the dedication
agreement. This copy has my wife's notorized signature.
Please call me if you have any questions. Thanks for your pronpt
attention to my project. I really appreciate it.

RE: RP 86-6 - CHANDLER
The Planning Director and the City Engineer have
reviewed the application you submitted for the above-referenced
project. Based upon this review, it has been determined that
there are major problems associated with your application which
must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a
Planning Commission hearing. The problems or issues are listed
below. Also, the name of the project planner and project
engineer is provided. You should set up a meeting to discuss the
issues with the appropriate staff member. Once the problems/
issues have been addressed, your application will then be
scheduled for a hearing.
PROBLEMS/ISSUES:
1. No site plan as per Land Use Project Planner

A detailed examination of A & B with staff should be done prior
to submitting items in #1 above.
The present application submittal contains elements that may be
in conflict with A&B above.
