I was told that proof of availability per question N is non applic- able. I'm enclosing an updated title report for Mr. Ray Miller. If you could forward it to him, I would appreciate it. Pacific Street Oceanside, California 92054 RE: RP 86-6 - CHANDLER The Planning Director and the City Engineer have reviewed the application you submitted for the above-referenced project. Based upon this review, it has been determined that there are major problems associated with your application which must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a Planning Commission hearing. The problems or issues are listed below. Also, the name of the project planner and project engineer is provided. You should set up a meeting to discuss the issues with the appropriate staff member. Once the problems/ issues have been addressed, your application will then be scheduled for a hearing. PROBLEMS/ISSUES: 1. No site plan as per Land Use Project Planner Plan application. 2. No preliminary landscape plan Lance Schulte as per Land Use Plan application. Project Engineer 3. Building elevations need to conform to Land Use Plan. Clyde Wickham 4. No location map - Item F. 5. Add radius on radius map - Item - K. 6. Items for Item N. ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED IN »1 ABOVE: A. Conformance to the Village Redevelopment Plan. B. Village Design Manual (Pgs. 3-16 & 23). A detailed examination of A & B with staff should be done prior to submitting items in #1 above. The present application submittal contains elements that may be in conflict with A&B above. Combine with adjacent driveway. b. Delete parking stalls within queuing area.
