NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 1986, to consider aproval
for a minor redevelopment permit and a variaince to allow expansion into
adjoining ccaranercial space, remodel of existing facade and reduce the amount of
required parking on property generally located at 201 Oak Avenue and more
particularly described as:
That portion of Block 18 of Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof
No. 535 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego, May
1, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Redevelopment/
Planning Department at 438-5591.
If you challenge the Redevelopanent Permit or Variance in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
