an office building on this parcel. We will not be continuing the
process for the office at this time and request a refund of .our

We have spoken on many occasions about our location at
2952 Harding Ave., Carlsbad. We would like to open as is as
soon as possible but you have informed me that in order to
re open the store, we will have to do the remodeling that
was proposed.
Chris, we would like to start as soon as possible to help
us curb our losses. Would you please advise us as to your
procedures to do this.
