RE: The Jefferson Building
Dear Ms. Rollman:
Thank you for submitting the proposed Jefferson Building project
for review by North County Transit District.
North County Transit District currently provides service on Jefferson,
immediately adjacent to the proposed project, with Route 321.
The closest stops to the proposed project are located at Jefferson
and Home northbound and Jefferson and Arbuckle southbound.
North County Transit District recommends that the developer install
an upgraded bus stop at the Jefferson^^-andHHome location. The
upgraded stop should consist of a(^'Sus shelte»^i±ii-benches.
A trash receptical located at the ^tep—irs^Trecommended also ,"~^bi4^t
is not required. NCTD feels that an improved bus stop will be "\
an important step in encouraging transit patronage to and from
this project within the City.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey T. Schultz
