There is no landscaping except two fruit trees in the back yard (lemon & peach). The lot is completely flat, and no slope analysis is required. We will be insulating the structure, also, we intend to maximise the windows on south and western facing walls so a to provide natural solar heating in the winter and fresh ocean breezes in the summer. 4. We will continue to hire staff and to purchase our goods and services from the local enconomy. However, the services which we provide will be availible to local as well as nation wide consumers, as we do not intend on changing the current nature or structure of our existing business. 6.
