We have received your letter dated February 22, 1990, withdrawing your application for a Redevelopment Permit for conversion of the property from apartments to offices. In the future if you plan to make changes at the property (excluding ordinary maintenance), please submit a new request for a Redevelopment Permit. Existing parking spaces along the western property line are unacceptable. Delete from site plan and replace with landscaping. 2. Proposed parking lot at northwest corner of site will be required to be paved. 3. Portions of Lot 203-182-10 which are undeveloped should be landscaped for purposes of minimizing water runoff. 4. Drainage easement required along rear of Lot 203-182-16. 5. Existing driveway and curb cut to Lot 203-182-16 shall be required to be reduced to 20 feet wide. 6. Mitigation for reduction of affordable housing and displacement of former residents should be discussed. The Planning Departinent has reviewed your Redevelopment Permit, application no. RP 89-3, as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second list is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the application, it is suggested that all required information on the lists be submitted at one time, as no processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete. When all required materials are submitted the City has 30 days to make this determination. In addition, please note that you have six months from the date the application was initiallv filed, May 26, 1989, to either re-submit the application or submit the required information. When we met on April 17, 1989, you indicated that the pro- cess could be expedited and would take four to six weeks. It has been four weeks since our completed application was submitted.
