Notification was given on December 13, 1989 that the application was incomplete, along with a Hst of items/information needed to complete the application. The application is still incomplete. As a result, this letter is notification to you that RP 89-7 has been withdrawn per Chapter 21.54.010 of the Carlsbad Municipal Zoning Ordinance: "When a detennination that an initial application is incomplete has been transmitted to the applicant, the applicant shall have six months from the date the application was initially filed to either resubmit the application or submit the information specified in the determination. Failure of the applicant to resubmit the application or to submit the material in response to the detennination within the six months shall be deemed to constitute withdrawal of the application. The Planning Department has reviewed your Minor Redevelopment Permit, application no. RP 89-7, as to its completeness for processing. The apphcation is incomplete. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be submitted to complete your application. All list items must be submitted simultaneouslv at the Communitv Development Building counter, and to the attention of Erin Letsch. A copy of this list must he included with vour submittal. No processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete. The second list is issues of concern to staff. When all required materials have been submitted as outlined above, the City has 30 days to make a determination of completeness. If the appHcation is determined to be complete, processing for a decision on the application will be initiated. In addition, please note that you have six months from the date the appHcation was initially filed, November 16, 1989, to either re-submit the application or submit the required information. Failure to resubmit the appHcation or to submit the materials necessary to determine your appHcation complete shaH be deemed to constitute withdrawal of the appHcation. ENGINEERING: 1. General information required on site plan: A. Name, address, telephone number of owner/agent. B. Name of sewer and water districts providing service. C. Assessors Parcel Number. D. Average daily traffic generated by the project broken down by separate uses (include both buildings). 2. Streets and utilities: A. Location and width of adjacent driveway locations. B. Typical cross section for Harding Street and alley. ISSUES OF CONCERN PLANNING: Inadequate parking. ENGINEERING: 1. Must provide 24 foot wide two-way traffic aisle. 2. Must provide 8 foot by 30 foot truck loading area that does not interfere with traffic aisle. 3. Must provide a 5 foot back-up space adjacent to end parking space. The existing site building configuration does not physically aUow for these requirements. It does not appear feasible that staff would support intensification of the rear accessory structure (BuHding "A").
