NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carisbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm
Avenue), Carlsbad, Califomia, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 1990, to
consider approval of a Redevelopment Permit and Coastal Development Permit to move a
house from 1101 Knowles to a site just east of Alt Karlsbad on Christiansen Way and more
particularly described as:
The northwesterly 60 feet of Block 10, Map 365 filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego excepting
therefrom the northeasterly 110 feet and also excepting the
southwesterly 129 feet thereof.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after September 13, 1990. If
you have any questions, please call the Redevelopment Department at 434-2811.
If you challenge the Redevelopment Permit/Coastal Development Permit in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at
or prior to the public hearing.
