Conditions for
RP 90-04
52. Unless a standard variance has been issued, no variance from City Standards is
authorized by virtue of approval of this site plan.
53. The developer shall comply with all the rules, regulations and design requirements
of the respective sewer and water agencies regarding services to the project.
54. The developer shall be responsible for coordination with S.D.G.&E., Pacific
Telephone, and Cable TV authorities.
55. This project is approved specifically as 1 (single) phase.
• There is ponding of water near the driveway approach to the most northerly comer
of the project. Prior to issuing a building permit the applicant shall provide a means
to alleviate the ponding to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
• Prior to issuing a building permit the applicant shall apply for a right-of-way permit
and make repairs to the damaged curbs, sidewalks and curb outlet drainage systems
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
88. Runoff from this project is conveyed to environmentally sensitive areas. The subdivider
shall provide adequate means of eliminating grease and oils from drainage prior to
discharge. Plans for such improvements shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to
issuance of grading or building permit
