NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm
Avenue), Carlsbad, Califomia, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 1990, to
consider approval of a Redevelopment Permit and Coastal Permit to constmct a 55 space
public parking lot on property generally located on the northeast comer of Carlsbad Village
Drive (formerly Elm Avenue) and Roosevelt Street and more particularly described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 38 of Map 775.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after September 13, 1990. If
you have any questions, please call the Planning Department at 438-1161.
If you challenge the Redevelopment Permit/Coastal Development Permit in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at
or prior to the public hearing.
