1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue), Carlsbad,
California, at 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 16, 1991, to consider
approval of a request for a Minor Redevelopment Permit to change
the use of two (2) 880 square foot residential structures to
retail establishments at 3055/3065 Madison Street in the Village
Redevelopment (VR) Zone. The General Plan designation is Central
Business District on property generally located at 3055/3065
Madison Street and more particularly described as:
Lot 25, 26 and 27 of Block 39, Map No. 1.722 as recorded in
the County of San Diego, California, APN: 203.306.12.
