Project has two existing one bedroom apartments and three new
one bedroom apartments for senior occupancjr to be built on

PROJECT SUMMARY SHEET
A. Project presently has two one bedroom apartments rented
for $1|15 and |1|25» three one bedroom apartments will be
built, approximately 5^0 sq. ft. each and will rent for
approximately $525 per mo each and households will be
limited to one and two seniors, average daily traffic
generated by the three new units will be less than Q%
(2.8) per SANDAG.
