NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board of the City of Carlsbad will hold a hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, Califomia, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 1992, to consider approval of a Minor Redevelopment Permit to allow a use intensification in the existing Roosevelt Center on property generally located between Roosevelt and Madison Streets and north of Grand Avenue. The project is in the Village Redevelopment (VR) zone. The General Plan designation is Central Business District and the Local Facilities Management Zone is Zone 1 and more particularly described as: Lots 33, 34, 35 of Block 37, Map No. 1722, City of Carlsbad, Coimty of San Diego. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May 27, 1992.
