PREUMINARY REVIEW OF PLANS FOR ST. MICHAEL'S CHURCH PROJECT
Art Kuehn (Architect) has recently submitted plans to the Redevelopment Office for
development of a Master Plan forthe St. Michael's By-the-Sea Episcopal Church project
on Carlsbad Boulevard.
Mike Grim has assisted the applicant with the plans for this project previously. Please
let me /enow which member of your staff will be responsible for review of the attached
plans for this project. I will be the Redevelopment contact for the St. Michael's By-the-
Sea Episcopal Church project.
I would appreciate receiving written comments from your department at the Concept
Meeting on November 26, 1991. Thank you.
