The Housing and Redevelopment Commission, (City CouncU) did, in fact, receive your letter of June 13, 1995 regarding the Mineral Springs Project. Since Ms. Christiansen revoked her consent to any action by the City CouncU on die proposed permits or applications for die subject project, die application was withdrawn without prejudice for consideration by the Housing and Redevelopment Commission. The City Attorney explained that if the two parties work out their differences and would like to resubmit a new application for die proposed project, diey may do so at any time. The complete application accepted from Ludvik Grigoris and Kay Christiansen on September 16, 1994 has been officially withdrawn. Therefore, no additional action wUl be taken by the City and/or the Redevelopment Agency on the subject application. A new application wUl need to be fUed with die City/Agency before further action can be taken on the proposed project. A copy of the staff report on the subject project and die original application are enclosed for your review. If you would like to review the various exhibits and project descriptions which were actually submitted with the original land use application, you may do so at the Community Development Office located at 2075 Las Palmas Drive in Carlsbad.
