Environmental Information Form
Environmental Setting
32. The site is an already established city-owned paiking lot. The only structures on the
space are a storage shed and port-a-potty maintained by EHamond Environmentai. The
space is bordered by office and commerciai buildings to the Nortb and South, by a paved
alley to the east and city-maintained landsc^ing to the west
33. Land use is residential and the stnictures are single story comniercial spaces. Since
our project proposes no permanent stnictures, merely temporary vendor spaces that have
been pre-established since 1994 our proposal will n^e no changes to the area at all,
beyond the timing of our usage of die space.
