Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. You may also provide your comments in writing to the Housing and Redevelopment Department at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite B, Carisbad, CA 92008. As a result of the environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carisbad, the Planning Department has determined that the project is categorically exempt from the requirement for preparation of environmental documents pursuant to Section 15311 of the State CEQA Guidelines as placement of a minor structure accessory to an existing facility. The Design Review Board will be considering recommending approval of the environmental determination during the public hearing. If you challenge the request to amend Major Redevelopment Permit No. RP94-05(A)x3 in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carisbad at or prior to the public hearing.
