Please describe fully the proposed project. Include any details necessary to adequately

Description/Explanation.
The proposed project includes the relocation of an existing 1,287 sf., single story
medical office building to the vacant parcel no. 203-304-15. The building use is
proposed to remain the same with required handicap modifications to existing toilet
facility and upgrade alterations to the exterior appearance.
An existing metal storage shed and tree shall be removed from the proposed parking
area and the existing lack of proper site drainage will require that approximately 110
cy. of import be incorporated to establish proper drainage to the existing alley. Eight (8)
parking stalls, including one (1) handicap stall will be provided, along with a new CMU.
trash enclosure at the south-west corner and new 6' high standard cedar fence along
the northern property line. All utilities are available within the frontage street, Madison
Street. All remaining areas shall be landscaped in keeping with the established small
commercial uses around the subject property, along with the proper hardscape required
to provide access from both the parking area and the sidewalk at Madison Street,
including an appropriate ramp for handicap access.
