This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad has approved the above described project on 4-9-96 and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project. 1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. 2. A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA, 3. Mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval of the project. 4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. 5. Findings were made pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. The medical office is to be relocated on the lot immediately adjacent to the north, while the converted house and garage will be demolished. The City of Carlsbad has conducted an environmental review of the above described project pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation ofthe Califomia Environmental Quality Act and the Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad. As a result of said review, a Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment) is hereby issued for the subject project. Justification for this action is on file in the Planning Department.
