RE: COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, ARP 97-01, CARLSBAD
Dear Bill:
Enclosed please find Administrative Redevelopment/Coastal Development Permit No.
97-01 which has been approved by the Housing and Redevelopment Director for the City
of Carlsbad. The approval was granted on April 3,1997. The notice of final action was
forwarded to appropriate parties on April 3, 1997. However, a copy was not forwarded to
your office due to the fact that staff knew it would be appealed. So, we waited to forward
the enclosed packet to you until we had received the appeals. A copy of the appeals is
included for your review. The public hearing on the appeal is scheduled for April 28,
1997.
The proposed project is not appealable to the Califomia Coastal Commission. However,
we will forward a copy of the final action taken by the Design Review Board following
the April 28* public hearing.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the enclosed permit, please contact my
office at 434-2935.
Sincerely,
DEBBIE FOUNTAIN
