Dear Mr. Siskowski:
On April 1, 2010 the Housing and Redevelopment Director conditionally approved
Administrative Redevelopment Pennit No. RP 97-04A and Coastal Development Pennit
No. CDP 97-04A for property located at 3045 Carlsbad Boulevard. The decision of the
Housing and Redevelopment Director is subject to a ten (10) day appeal period. The
appeal period has elapsed and no appeals were filed. Attached is a copy of the
approved permit authorizing the replacement of six panel antennas on chimneys and
three equipment cabinets. Please review all conditions carefully. Violation of the
conditions could result in revocation of this permit.
Before initiating construction of the subject project you must complete the process to
obtain the appropriate building pennits.
