HomeMy WebLinkAboutRP 97-05; Hoenig Residence; Redevelopment Permits (RP) (5)Citv of Carlsbad Housing & Redevelopment Department CITY OF CARLSBAD NOTICE OF INTENDED ACTION SINGLE FAMILY ROOM ADDITION 2714 MADISON SRTEET, CARLSDABD, CALIFORNIA DATE OF NOTICE: OCTOBER 21,1997 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Director ofthe City of Carlsbad intends to APPROVE an Administrative Redevelopment Permit (ARP97-05) for an addition to a single family room addition at 2714 Madison Street. Under the proposal, there will be the addition of approximately 350 square feet of living area and 800 square feet of garage and storage area The home is located on the easterly side of Madison Street, approximately 200 feet northerly of Arbuckle Place. The subject permit shall serve as the required Coastal Development Permit as well as the required Administrative Redevelopment Permit. Those persons wishing to speak on the proposed project and intended action by the Housing & Redevelopment Director are cordially invited to submit written comments or contact the Housing & Redevelopment Department by 5:00pm on Thursday, October, 30, 1997. You may also provide your comments in writing to the Housing and Redevelopment Department at 2965 Rooseveh Street, Suite B, Carlsbad, CA 92008. NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the Planning Department has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review. Appropriate documentation for the "exemption" will be filed by the City of Carlsbad's Planning Department.
