Please describe the project site, including distinguishing natural and manmade characteristics. Also provide precise slope analysis when a slope of 15' or higher and 15% grade or greater is present on the site. Please describe energy conservation measures incorporated into the design and/or operation of the project. This is a commercial retail site. The only energy we will use is lighting and efficient ventilation. 3. PLEASE ATTACH A PROJECT SUMMARY SHEET WHICH SHOWS THE FOLLOWING: a.
