The time within which judicial review of this decision must be sought is governed by Code of Civil Procedures, Section 1094.6, which has been made applicable in the City of Carlsbad by Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 16. Any petition or other paper seeking judicial review must be filed in the appropriate court not later than ninety (90) days following the date on which this decision becomes final; however, if within ten (10) days after the decision becomes final a request for the record of the proceedings accompanied by the required deposit in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated cost ofpreparation of such a record, the time within which such petition may be filed in court is extended to not later than thirty (30) days following the date on which the record is either personally delivered or mailed to the party, or his attorney of record, if he has one. You may attach additional pages to this application if necessary to explain the project: The subject premises., more specifically the entire ground level of the building at "355 Carlsbad Village Drive", and effective March 1, 1998, houses the new offices of "Azure Pacific Real Estate Services", a full-service real estate sales, rentals and property management com- pany founded in Oceanside in 1993. The only anticipated change to the configuration of the present space, previously occupied by "Jitters Express", who had made certain changes to the premises via a building permit issued by the City, is the elim- ination of the sales counter, display case and various connections as installed by "Jitters", and the installation in that space of a new wall and door to create a conference room. This work has been completed unde a building permit (#980584) with the City dated February 24, 1998. It is intended that all of the subject ground floor space in the build- ing will be used only for general office purposes.
