The only anticipated change to the configuration of the present space, previously occupied by "Jitters Express", who had made certain changes to the premises via a building permit issued by the City, is the elim- ination of the sales counter, display case and various connections as installed by "Jitters", and the installation in that space of a new wall and door to create a conference room. This work has been completed unde a building permit (#980584) with the City dated February 24, 1998.
