SUBJECT: RP 99-04 - ESCROW TRANSFERS
Dear Ms. Meissner:
On December 7, 1999 the Housing and Redevelopment Commission conditionally
approved Major Redevelopment Permit No. RP 99-04 for property located at 2928
Jefferson Street. Enclosed please find copies of the resolutions which have been
approved for the proposed project. These resolutions include the conditions of
approval for the project.
Your next step is to obtain the appropriate building permits to construct the proposed
office building. 1 believe your architect has already initiated the building permit plan-
check process. Please note, many of the conditions of approval must be satisfied prior
to the issuance of building permits. The Housing and Redevelopment Department is
currently working on the Parking In-Lieu Fee Agreement and will forward the document
to you upon completion.
If you have any questions and/or comments regarding this correspondence, please
