In reviewing the site plan submitted with your application, the Sidewalk Sign for your business is located in front of an adjacent business. The Carlsbad Village Master Plan requires that all Sidewalk Signs be placed directly in front of the business to which they relate. Thus, in order for application to be approved, you will need to relocate your sign and revise your site plan accordingly.
