Subject: Application for Sidewalk Sign Permit
Dear Mr. & Mrs. McDonald:
Thank you for submitting your application for a Sidewalk Sign Permit. Staff has
reviewed your application and the following information needs to be submitted to the
Redevelopment Agency to continue our review:
1. Item No. 5 of the Application requires information regarding existing signage
for your building/business. This would include all signs, with the exception of
the A-Frame sign, that currently exist for your business. Your application has
been enclosed for you to provide the necessary information.
The Certificate of Insurance included with your application names the "City of
Carlsbad" as the additionally insured. This document needs to modified to
name both the "City of Carlsbad" and the "Carlsbad Redevelopment Agency."
Once the above information has been submitted, staff will complete its review of your
