Satellite dish shall not be used for any advertising purposes. 3. Should the roof location of the satellite dish create negative visual impacts on residential development to the east, the applicant shall relocate the satellite dish prior to building occupancy to a ground el evat i on at the east side of the Payless Drugstore. All necessary landscaping and screening shall be provided as required by Section 21.53.130 of the Municipal Code. It is also understood that if, in fact, the satellite dish creates a problem for the Seacliff Horreowners Association, we will, at that tine, take whatever steps are necessary to further screen the dish from their view. Realizing you have made a good-faith decision to let us proceed with the Conditional Use Permit for the satellite dish, I will personally work with the satellite dish company to be sure that the installation maintains the integrity of that decision.
