Dear Mr. Blosch:
Your application for a Satellite Antenna Permit has been approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. Satellite dish type, size, placement and location shall be constructed according to the details
as shown on Exhibits "N' -"D", 'dated February 25, 1992,· on file in the Planning
Department.
2. All landscaping screening the antenna shall be maintained in a healthy and thriving
condition. Said landscaping shall screen the antenna from adjacent properties and public
view so that no more than 25% of the antenna extends above the screening material prior
to occupancy of any future buildings on adjacent properties.
3. Honeysuckle, or similar vegetation, shall be planted so that the vine will intertwine within
the proposed lattice indicated in Exhibit "B" and "C".
4. The satellite antenna shall not be constructed on any easement without the easement
holder's permission.
5. The satellite antenna shall not be constructed in any drainage area or over any drainage
structure.
6. At the time of a change in property ownership or lease agreement, the property owner shall
inform any subsequent operator of the satellite antenna that a Satellite Antenna Permit
exists on the property and that the new operator shall abide by the conditions of the permit.
