APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE ANTENNA

This addendum to the application for satellite antenna @ 935 Begonia Court in Carlsbad
will certify that:
1. The antenna will be ground mounted.
2. The antenna will be 7.5 feet in diameter.
3. The antenna will be located on the slope within the rear yard.
4. The property has not been designated as an historic site.
5. The antenna will be screened from adjacent property @ 931 Begonia Court by an existing
26" fence so that no more than 25% is visible.
6. The antenna will not be visible at all from the adjacent property @ 937 Begonia Court.
7. The property adjacent to the site on the southside is currently planning area 28 or 29 or
30 of Aviara Master Plan and is presently graded, unimproved and very ugly. It has been
that way for nearly two years. The landscape plan for the satellite antenna calls for acacia
shrubery which will allow for no more than 25% of the antenna to be visible from this
property.
8. The antenna cannot be seen from any public property.
9. The antenna will be located at least four feet from all property lines.
10. There is no other satellite antenna on this property.
