Description/Explanation: Quarry Creek Planning Area P-3 will serve as the community recreational area for Quarry Creek Planning Areas R-3 and R-4. Planning Area R-3 consists of 88 multi-family condominium units; Planning Area R-4 consists of 150 multi-family condominium units and 56 single-family units. The Community Recreation Lot will include a 2,281 square foot building with a fitness room and restrooms. There will also be a lap pool and other outdoor amenities including a fireplace, BBQ counters, a tot lot, picnic areas and an open lawn play area. A small parking lot will be incorporated into the design as well.
