The purpose of this attempt to amend the General Plan is to achieve the density required to economically develop low to moderate income housing, construct the required infrastructure, take advantage as much as possible of the existing topography, and yet integrate as well as possible with the existing contiguous land uses. Question I. 30. Inherent in the development of px'-operty is the increased useage of infrastructure facilities. This^project will in fact make it possible to complete Elm. Avenue within the near future and handle on-site drainage areas. 4.a.
