Reason for appeal: Upon asking for the continuance, we were advised
by Bobbie Hoder in the Planning Department that the item would be
extended to October 9, 1985. She said that Michael Holtzmiller had
approved the extension. Upon his confirmation, we did not attend
the meeting and therefore, were not able.to present or request an
amendment.

SUBJECT: SDP 84-4(A) - Palomar Ventures Preliminary Staff Report
The preliminary staff report for the above referenced project has
been completed. A copy of the report, including the recom-
mendation and conditions, is enclosed. This preliminary report
will be discussed by staff at the Development Coordinating
Committee (D.C.C.) meeting which will be held on August 20, 1985,
beginning at 9:50 a.m. If you have any questions concerning the
report, you may attend the D.C.C. meeting.
