Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Land Use Planning Office at 438-5591. If you challenge the Site Development Plan in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
