Two buildings have already been constructed under these permits, a 72,593 square foot two-story multi-tenant office building and a 50,398 square foot two-story multi-tenant office building (currently occupied by U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife). The two remaining buildings will be a 50,398 square foot two-story multi-tenant office building and a 77,300 square foot three-story multi-tenant office building. Parking spaces will be provided at a ratio of 4 spaces per 1 000 square feet of building area. Description/Explanation: Kelly Corporate Center on parc~ls 1, 2, and 3 is a proposed speculative development. The First phase will be parcel 1 with the construction of a 74,000 sq. ft. office/industrial building. Phase 2 will follow with building two, two 50,000 sq. ft. office industrial use and6 building three, a 77,500 sq. ft. office/industrial use. All four buildings are two story, tilt-up concrete and glass structures • .
