COMPLETENESS REVIEW
PROJECT ID: SDU 00-09 - Keany Residence
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any
comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions of approval to the approving
resolution:
1. The developer shall pay all current fees and deposits required.
2. The owner shall enter into a lien contract with the City for the future improvement El Arbol
along the subdivision frontage for a half street width of 30 feet. Public improvements shall
include but not be limited to paving, base, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, medians, grading
clearing and grubbing, undergrounding or relocation of utilities, sewer, water, fire hydrants,
street lights and retaining walls.
