HomeMy WebLinkAboutSDU 00-20; Hernandez Second Dwelling Unit; Second Dwelling Unit (SDU) (6)MEMORANDUM TO: PAUL GODW I N-PLAN N I NG TECHN I ClAN 1 FROM: &+ Kathy Farmer, Engineering Technician DATE: June 28,2000 SUBJECT: SDU 00-20; HERNANDEZ RESIDENCE 1198 PINE COMPLETENESS & ISSUES REVIEW The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions of approval to the approving resolution: 1. Developer shall cause property owner to'execute and submit to the City Engineer for recordation the City's standard form Drainage Hold Harmless Agreement regarding drainage across the adjacent property. 2. Developer shall cause property owner to enter into a lien contract with the City for the future public improvement of Pine Avenue along the property frontage for a half street width of 30 feet. Public improvements shall include but are not limited to--pavini, base, sidewalks, curb and-gutter. 3. Prior to approval of any building permits for this project, Developer shall cause Owner to give written consent to the City Engineer to the annexation of the area shown within the boundaries of the subdivision into the existing City of Carlsbad Street Lighting and Landscaping District No. 1, on a form provided by the City Engineer. 4.
