The Planning Department has reviewed your Second Dwelling Unit Permits, applications no. SDU 00-24, 25, 26 and 27, as to their completeness for processing. The application is complete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. The City may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise, supplement the basic information required for the application. In addition, you should also be aware that various design issues may exist. These issues must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a hearing. The Planning Department will begin processing your application as of the date of this communication. Engineering: None. ISSUES OF CONCERN Planning: 1. Please provide an exhibit for each SDU permit illustrating the floor plan and site plan approved by PUD 97-03(D) for Village G. These exhibits need not be full-sized plans, reduced 8.5” x 11 W format will also be acceptable. Please be sure the exhibits are individually labeled for the specific lot for that SDU permit.
