Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 436
square foot attached second dwelling unit on property located at 1080 Magnolia Avenue. This
was previously incorrectly described as 1 180 Magnolia Avenue. Please disregard the previous
notice dated March 12,2001.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no fixther noticing. If you have
