Subject: Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permit for Lot 359 of Rancho Carrillo
Village G
Dear Paul:
This letter accompanies documentation for submittal for a Second Dwelling Unit
administrative permit for lot 359 of Rancho Carrillo Village G. Other than the property
owners list and addressed labels, all required plans and documents are included in this
submittal.
In place of the property owners list and addressed labels is a memo signed by Don
Mackay of Continental Residential, Inc. (the applicant) stating that Continental
Residential, Inc. owns all the property within 300 feet of the project site, and thus waives
the City of Carlsbad’s obligation to notice them. As explained in the memo, the
Preliminary Title Report verifies Continental Residential’s ownership of the property.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the completeness of this application. I am
aware that Continental Residential, Inc. will have to sign a notice of restriction on this
property, and will pass that along to them after the City has issued it. Thank you in
advance for your work in processing this permit.
