SUBJECT: PUBLIC NOTICING FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT FOR RANCHO
CARRILLO - VILLAGE G
This memo is written to provide written verification that Continental Ranch, Inc. is fully aware
that the City of Carlsbad is currently processing a Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permit
for Lot 359 of CT 97-03, Rancho Carrillo’s Village G. Continental Ranch does not have any
issues with the approval of these applications. The materials provided with this submittal from
First American Title show that Continental Ranch owns all of the property within 300 feet of the
entire Village G project site. This memo serves as a waiver regarding the City’s obligation to
notice Continental Ranch that the aforementioned applications are currently being processed.
