SDU 01-08 MAGNOLIA SUBDIVISION
COMPLETNESS AND ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project
for completeness and engineering issues of concern. All items needed for engineering
review are provided for determining the application as complete. Engineering issues
which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior to staff making a
determination on the proposed project are as follows:
1. On the site plan:
a. Show the sewer lateral off the main. Avoid placing the driveways over this
lateral.
b. Show the driveway within the sewer easement. Does this driveway exist
or is it proposed? Please clarify.
c. Recheck the location of the water line. According to the improvement
plans on file with the City (DWG 380-3), the water line is not to be aligned
as shown.
d. Is the concrete swale located in the easement existing or proposed?
e. Provide grading quantities. If no grading is proposed, then indicate so
with a note.
2. Show lot drainage patterns. Indicate percent slope of drainage.
