NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a
detached second dwelling unit on property generally located at 2648 Marmol Court, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 80 of Carlsbad Tract No. 75-4, La Costa Estates.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notifjr the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
