At this time, there is not enough time to respond to the above request for a second
dwelling. In addition to the notice dated 4-5-01, which we received on 4-9-01, we just
received the site plan. Since we live out of state, we are requesting an extension in order
to access exactly how this second dwelling will effect our building site which we recently
purchased without the knowledge of this permit. We are especially sensitive to the view
we sought for our personal residence.
Thank you for the additional time and your timely information, Mr. Godwin. We will
respond in writing by 4-21-01 so this matter may be completed.
