Subject: Second Dwelling Unit Administrative Permits for Lots 262,278, 283,290 and
300 of Rancho Carrillo Village M
Dear Van:
This letter accompanies documentation for submittal for Second Dwelling Unit
administrative permits for lots 262,278,283,290 and 300 of Rancho Carrillo Village M.
Other than the property owners list and addressed labels and radius maps, all required
plans and documents are included with this submittal. Please let me know when you will
need the additional items.
Lots 262,283,290 and 300 are being submitted as affordable housing units per SDP 98-
12. The other lot (278) is an additional second unit which the owner wishes to build.
As I discussed with Paul Godwin in regards to a prior Second Dwelling Unit submittal, I
am submitting a total of nine copies of the floorplans and elevations, and nine copies of
the site plan: one per application and a set of four to be routed. Also as we had discussed,
I have attached only one copy of the Preliminary Title Report to each application, and
one additional copy accompanies the set of four site plans, floorplans and elevations.
With regard to the Affidavit of Compliance, I have not filled in the project number as it
has not yet been assigned.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the completeness of these applications. I
am aware that Continental Residential, Inc. will have to sign notices of restriction on
these properties, and will pass them along to Continental after the City has issued them.
